Navajo Nation Fair needs $500,000

WINDOW ROCK — The Budget and Finance Committee wants to know which budget-strapped departments can afford to donate $523,565 to the Navajo Nation Fair and whether an event that is supposed to be self-supporting should be allowed to continue as a losing proposition.
