NAVAJO, Ariz. — Attention all phone users, especially those with CellularOne service on the Navajo Nation.

If you receive a call saying you’ve won a huge cash prize or a luxury car — but you have to pay a few hundred bucks to collect the prize — don’t believe it. The only thing you’re about to get is ripped-off by a phony telephone sweepstakes scam...
