Stephanie Maestas of Alcalde, N.M., was one of two people arrested by New Mexico State Police since Sunday for driving the wrong way down well-traveled roads. Both Maestas and Kevin Kruize of Grants, the other wrong way driver, were intoxicated at the time of their arrests.

The nominee has to have completed a successful project that benefited the environment of a Navajo community.
