GALLUP — The body of a 52-year-old man found Jan. 3, has been identified.

Albert Bradley, 52, whose body was found Saturday morning inside a shed on Logan Avenue died of chronic alcoholism rather than exposure, according to Gallup Police Detective Sgt. Matt Wright. Police found Bradley’s brother living in Kayenta, Ariz., although Bradley himself listed a Gallup address at NCI.

Bradley’s is the fourth body recovered in Gallup since night-time temperatures began to dip below freezing in October.

Gallup Police recovered the body of Elvis Watchman, 45, from a field near Allison Road Monday Dec. 22. Watchman apparently froze to death.

Roger Segay, 62, of Sawmill, Ariz., was found Thanksgiving Day in a northside field. Autopsy results for Segay have not yet confirmed the cause of death was exposure or hypothermia. Segay was found at around 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27, and had in his pocket a receipt showing he purchased alcohol at about 9 that morning.

Bruce Yazzie, 46, was found in a field behind Super 8 Motel Monday Dec. 1. Police later learned from Yazzie’s family that he had been missing for three days.
