Help sought in locating missing teen

GALLUP — Officials for the local case management program are seeking information about the whereabouts of a 15-year-old Gallup girl who was seen at the New Day Shelter in Albuquerque.

On Jan. 3, Shenee Tso and another resident ran away from the shelter bed program. She was entered into the nationwide police database, but not information has surfaced as of Tuesday.

“We haven’t heard anything,” Michael G. Thompson, case manager for the McKinley County Case Management and Compliance Program, said. “ ... We’re really worried about her.”

Tso’s grandparents, Morris and Virginia Tso, live in the Pinedale area, Thompson said.

Tso is Native American, about 5 ft. 5 in. tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has a nose piercing and two tattoos, one on here right shoulder and one on her left shoulder.

She also has a substantial history of running away, according to information released to The Independent.
