Taizé Service

GALLUP — Sacred Heart Retreat Center, located two miles south of Gallup, will host the April Taizé Service at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 5. Kids’ Mission

GALLUP — Joshua Generation for Jesus, 1375 Elva Dr., will host Beacon Mission 2008, a team from England, through Monday, April 14. The British team will offer three local outreach programs:

• Beacon Mission:
Their life-changing message through drama, song, and personal stories during worship services.

• Kids’ Club:
Games, activities, and crafts for children from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8 through Thursday, April 20.

• Soccer Camp:
Soccer instruction for children from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8 through Thursday, April 20.

Twilight Retreat

GALLUP — Sacred Heart Retreat Center, located two miles south of Gallup, will host “The Catholic Church and Other Religions, Part 2,” a twilight retreat with Father Lawrence O’Keefe from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15. The retreat will feature Mass, dinner, and the presentation. The fee is $20, and reservations must be made by April 11. Reservations: (505) 722-6755.

Women’s Retreat

GLORIETTA — The Lifeway Glorietta Conference Center in Glorietta, N.M. invites all women to attend a weekend retreat on April 18-20. The guest speaker will be Bonnie Mohr from Lubbock, Texas, and the praise and worship leaders will be Ronnie and Vanessa from Albuquerque.

Addictions Retreat

GALLUP — Sacred Heart Retreat Center, located two miles south of Gallup, will host “A Day to Deal with Addictions” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. Senior Citizens Retreat

GALLUP — Sacred Heart Retreat Center, located two miles south of Gallup, will host a “Reflection Day for Senior Citizens” with Sister Mary Matthias Ward from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, April 28. The topic is “Mary, Our Instructor, as We Age” The fee is $20, and includes lunch. Reservations must be made by April 21. Reservations: (505) 722-6755.
