Pauline Charley-Dodge

MARIANO LAKE — Funeral services for Pauline Rose Charley-Dodge, 56, will be 10 a.m., Friday, Dec. 26, at Mariano Lake Community Bible Church. Jack Delgarito will officiate.

Private disposition will be in Mariano Lake.
Charley-Dodge died Dec. 20, 2008, in Phoenix.

She was born June 8, 1952, in Crownpoint, into the Bitter Water People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.

Charley-Dodge attended Crownpoint Community School and Mariano Lake Community School up to 8th grade. Her hobbies included crossword puzzles, spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and watching wrestling.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Dodge; sons, Ronald Charley of Mariano Lake, Jimmie Brown of Continental Divide, Phil Freeland of Gilbert, Kerry Dodge of Mariano Lake, Kevin Dodge of Thoreau; daughters, Marie Charley of Thoreau, Ethelene Charleston of Mariano Lake; brothers, Lebert Charley of Pinedale, Ricky Charley, Larry Charley, both of Mariano Lake; sisters, Irene Delgarito, Louise Mariano, both of Mariano Lake; 20 grandchildren.

Charley-Dodge was preceded in death by her great-grandmother Alice Dakai; mother, Helen Charley; brother, Leonard Charley.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Charley, Jimmie Brown, Kerry Dodge, Phil Freeland, Marvin Charley, Melvin Charley.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Mariano Lake Community Bible Church, following services.

Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
