Hook a Book
MONTEZUMA CREEK, Utah Hook a Book to a Child
Christmas project, as a family effort, we are collecting materials
and books to promote literacy in homes on the Navajo Nation. Collection
of: childrens books (infants through 8th grade), family
board games, arts and crafts supplies. Drop off at Montezuma Creek
Elementary School in Montezuma Creek, Utah. Last day to donate:
3 p.m., Dec. 23.
IHS Closed
WINDOW ROCK Navajo Area Indian Health Service, all Navajo
Area IHS hospitals and health centers will be closed on Christmas
Day and Dec.26. Emergency rooms will remain open to see anyone
with medical emergencies. Those with appointments on Dec. 26 will
be rescheduled. Plan ahead to have adequate supplies of medication
on hand. Questions, talk to your health care provider.

NASCHITTI Bingo will be 6 p.m., Dec. 19, at Nachitti Chapter.
