Police seek info in weapons theft

GALLUP — Gallup Police need help finding a stolen gun case containing two rifles. The black plastic case which was stolen during a house burglary Nov. 22, according to Gallup Police Detective Lt. Rick White.

White said the gun case is secured by three locks and a cable lock. It was left in a field near the intersection of Cerrito Drive and Ridgecrest Avenue just after the burglary.

Crimestoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to recovery of the gun case. They can be reached at (505) 722-6161.
