Vandal caught red-handed by Gallup PD

GALLUP — Police arrested Seth Fitzgerald, 17, of Spencer Valley, for graffiti, Monday.

According to Gallup Police Detective Sgt. Matt Wright, Fitzgerald had been seen by witnesses walking around the truck stops on the west side of Gallup at around 2:30 a.m. They said they’d seen him on the roof. Officers arrived and found Fitzgerald on the roof spray painting, according to Wright. Fitzgerald was booked at Gallup McKinley Juvenile Detention Center.
