Bessie B. Charley
CASAMERO LAKE, N.M. Services for Bessie B. Charley, 81, will
be 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29 at Rock of Age Fellowship Church in Littlewater,
N.M. Pastor Harry D. Largo will officiate. Burial will follow at Smith
Lake Community Cemetery.
Charley died Sept. 26 in Crownpoint. She was born Aug. 8, 1925 in Smith
Lake into the Towering House People Clan for the Black Streak Wood People
Clan.
Survivors include her sons, Harry Charley and Henry Charley, both of
Smith Lake; daughter, Irene Chavez of Thoreau; brother, Joe Bruce of
Smith Lake; sister, Jennie Henio of Smith Lake, four grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren.
Charley was preceded in death by her husband, Jimson Charley, father,
Tom Bruce and mother, Mary Bruce.
Pallbearers will be Harrison Charley, Larrison Charley, Tyson Charley,
Ben Henio, Bryan Mariano and William Rafael.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Helen Begaii
FORT DEFIANCE Services for Helen ales Begaii, 93, will be announced
at a later date.
Begaii died Sept. 27 in Grants. She was born Jan. 31, 1913.
Compassion Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Rose Chavez
GALLUP Services for Rose B. Chavez, 92, will be announced at
a later date.
Chavez died Sept. 27 in Albuquerque. She was born April 9, 1914.
Compassion Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
