Gallup restaurant owner Bernadette Radcliff recently opened a second
location of her long established eatery, the Chili Factory. In addition
to enjoying her recipes at Rio West Mall, diners can now also visit her
new location on the east side of Gallup between Walgreen's and Albertson's

Police Department's Citizen Police Academy, while Officer Kelvin Akeson
gets her a T-shirt and coffee mug to go with her certificate. Ten students
went to 10 two-hour classes and learned about many different aspects of
