Gallup restaurant owner Bernadette Radcliff recently opened a second location of her long established eatery, the Chili Factory. In addition to enjoying her recipes at Rio West Mall, diners can now also visit her new location on the east side of Gallup between Walgreen's and Albertson's on Historic Route 66.
