Carving a Niche: Kerry Fuhs, a Gallup contractor, puts the finishing
touches on his hand-built model bulldozer in his workshop Tuesday afternoon.
Fuhs used only wood and carpenters glue to create the model and accompanying
truck and trailer. Fuhs estimated that the total project took him 140
hours to complete, and said the amount of time he has to work on projects
like this depends on what the winter weather is like. [Photos by Jeff
