Death
Lee Jishie
CULPEPER, Va. Services for Lee Jishie, 23, will be 11 a.m.,
Friday, Aug. 18 at St. Isabel Mission, Lukachukai, Ariz. Father Blaine
will officiate. Burial will follow at Lukachukai.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Jishie died Aug. 15 in Charlottesville, Va. He was born Feb. 19, 1983
in Gallup for the Bigwater People Clan.
Jishie graduated from Madison County High School. He was a certified
auto mechanic from Lincoln Technical School. His hobbies included fishing,
four wheeling, and video games.
Survivors include his brothers, Dallas Dominguez of Jacksonville, Fla.;
sister, Jovanna Jishie of Washington, D.C.; and grandmother, Rita Jishie.
Jishie was preceded in death by his parents, Rosemary Abeita and Leland
Jishie; and grandparents, Sylvia and Narcisso Abeita and Frank Jishie.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Thomas, Julio Mora, Kyle Bryce Johnson, Terrance
Johnson, Aaron Miller and Andre Alva.
The family will receive friends and relatives after the burial services
at Rita Jishie's residence.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
