Dayish Jr. considers run for president

WINDOW ROCK — Navajo Nation Vice President Frank Dayish Jr. announced late Friday the formation of the Frank Dayish Jr. Presidential Exploratory Committee to seek Navajo voter endorsement.

A customary political measure, this exploratory committee will examine the feasibility of support for a possible bid for the Navajo Nation-Office of the President in 2006, according to a short release received by the The Independent early Saturday.
