MILAN — Funeral services for Louisa Molina Gurule,
72, will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 27 at Compassion Mortuary Chapel.

A prayer service will be at 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 26 at the Temple of Peace
in
Milan.
Gurule died Dec. 22 in Albuquerque. She was born June 5, 1932 in Paraje, NM.
Survivors include her daughters, Frieda Castillo of Milan, Annie Espino of Gallup,
Roberta Soto of Las Lunas, NM; son, Manuel Molina of Milan; sisters, Agnes Molina,
Sally Chavez, Alice Montano all of Grants, Fina Montano of Los Lunas; brothers,
Robert Molina, Elias Molina both of Grants; 18 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Gurule was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gurule; parents, Caraciolo
and Julia Molina; brothers, Onofre Gallegos and Fernando Molina; sister, Ernestina
Molina.
Pallbearers will be Augustine Molina, Lalo Caraveo, Sal Corral, Louis Corral,
Manuel Molina, Jr., and Orlando Molina.
Compassion Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

GALLUP — Funeral mass for Eleanor Rose Cooper, 61,
will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 27 at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Very Rev.

will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 26 at Sacred Heart Cathedral
Church.
Cooper died Dec. 20 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born March 13, 1943 in Gallup.
Cooper graduated from Cathedral High School in 1961. She was a Court Clerk for
the 11th District Court. She loved to be with her family, grandchildren and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Cooper of Gallup; son, Regan Cooper of Gallup;
brother, John Cattaneo of Gallup; sisters, Camille DePauli, Laura Long both of
Gallup, Diana Martin of Willington, Del. and three grandchildren.
Cooper is preceded in death by her father, Auro Cattaneo and mother, Nellie Cattaneo.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Eleanor Cooper Scholarship Fund
at Bank of America, attn.: Kelli Maldonado or Antionette Palacios.

MEXICAN SPRINGS, NM — Funeral services for Elvira
Carol Morris, 46, will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 27 at Rollie Mortuary
Palm Chapel.

will officiate. Burial will be in Lone Pine Cemetery, Mexican Springs.
Morris died Dec. 20 in Gallup. She was born July 9, 1958 in Gallup into the Folded
Arms People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.
Morris was employed with the Navajo Nation in Window Rock with the Personnel
Department. She enjoyed softball, playing bingo and family outings.
Survivors include her husband, Garry Morris of Mexican Springs; mother, Caroline
B. Becenti of Mexican Springs; daughters, Genae K. Morris, Genelle G. Morris,
Genice A. Morris, Geri N. Morris all of Mexican Springs; son, Gerald G. Morris
of Mexican Springs; sisters, Marsha F. Barney, Ernestine Yazzie both of Becenti,
NM, Cheryl E. Becenti, Dorothea Becenti, Roberta J. Becenti, Gloria A. Damon,
Arlene B. Mitchell all of Mexican Springs; brothers, Darryl Becenti of Albuquerque,
Norman L. Becenti of Mexican Springs, and Steven C. Becenti of Crownpoint.
Morris was preceded in death by her father, Ernest D. Becenti; grandparents,
Lizzy and David Becenti and Freda and Walter Bitsie.
Pallbearers will be Donnie W. Barney, Berkley D. Becenti, Carlin D. Becenti,
Rodney R. Begay, Erwin Bitsilly and Kendall B. Mitchell.

Yellowman, 9 months, will be at 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 27 at Our Lady

Yellowman died Dec. 19 in Phoenix. He was born March 03, 2004 in Chinle into
the Red Bottom People Clan for the Bitter Water People Clan.
Yellowman loved to watch cartoons and play with his toys.
Survivors include his parents, Orin Yellowman and Pauline M. Bahe both of Chinle;
grandparents, Gary and Paula Bahe of Chinle; and Annie Yellowman of Page, Ariz.
Pallbearers will be Eric Bahe, Emerson Yellowman, Tyrone Yellowman and Otis Yellowman.

BLUEWATER, NM — Funeral services for Sharon Ruth
Weathers, 60, will be at 2 p.m., today, Friday, Dec. 24 at the Church
of Jesus Christ
of Latter Day
Saints-Grants Ward. Burial will be in Bluewater Village Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.
Weathers died Dec. 21 in Bluewater. She was born on May 29, 1944 in Sullivan,
Mo.
Survivors include her husband, H.J. Weathers of Bluewater; sons, Eddy Lee
Franklin of Bourbon, Mo., Jason Todd Franklin of Johnson, Kan.; sisters,
Shirley Whitford
of Sullivan, Mo., Fay Ashbeck of Ala.; brother, James D. Sullivan of Nev.;
five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Weathers is preceded in death by her parents, James Luther and Bertha Sullivan.
