Responsibilities include travel arrangements, answering phones, correspondence, filing, schedule meetings, high level of internal communication, computer database maintenance, preparation of tax reports, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Requirements:

5-years Administrative Assistant experience, PC literate-advanced word, excel, PowerPoint and other programs, 10-key, knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax reports, well organized and detail oriented, multi-task, good oral and written skills, highly professional only.
